Meet our Team!

Daniel T. Quevedo, DDS - Daniel T. Quevedo, DDS  Dr. Quevedo's family moved to the Orlando area in 1966 (before Mickey arrived...when the population was around 88,000!).  He graduated from Forest Lake Academy in 1974, and from Southern Adventist University near Chattanooga, Tennessee in 1979.  Dr. Quevedo attended the University of Tennessee college of dentistry, where he graduated in 1984.  After graduation, he bought a practice in Madison, Tennessee, (near Nashville) where he practiced for 12 years.  While there he served as the head of the dental department of the medical staff at Tennessee Christian Medical Center.  Also while in the Madison area, WTVF-5 television invited him to appear on their morning magazine program "Talk of the Town" several times to talk about such topics as cosmetic dentistry, tooth whitening, oral cancer, smokeless tobacco, and the latest technological advances in dentistry.  In 1996, Dr. Quevedo spent an entire year of advanced training at the Center for Professional Development in Scottsdale, AZ.  This involved taking the entire office team with him three out of the four times he was there, and was a turning point in his professional career.  With mentors like Dr. Michael Schuster, Dr. L.D. Pankey, and others, his philosophy of practice came into focus, and the path to becoming a level III and above dentist was discovered.  Shortly after that time, the good Lord opened the door for us to move back home to central Florida, and so we stepped out in faith, sold the practice, and here we are.

Dr. Quevedo and his wife Melissa have three children, Cayce, Lesalie (who is now a Registered Dental Hygienist), and Christopher.  He is a member of the Dental Society of Greater Orlando, the Central Florida District Dental Society, the Florida Dental Association, the Florida Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and the American Dental Association.  His hobbies include computers, electronics, photography, travel, church activities, teaching other dentists about high tech things such as dental lasers, Cerec Cad/Cam restorations, as well as writing articles about the latest advancements in dentistry for dental journals.
